What is covered by the warranty?
Our warranty covers all defective parts not related to consumer-caused damage or modifications. Please note that we will send you the defective parts only: the warranty is not an exchange of the whole product.

What delivery options are available?
1. Standard Delivery: To the building entrance or residence gate by courier.
2. Premium Delivery: Scheduled delivery to the desired location by two personnel. Fees vary by weight:
• 0–30 kg: €35
• 31–50 kg: €45
• 51–70 kg: €50
• 71–90 kg: €55
• 91–150 kg: €60
Relay Point Delivery:
• Notification via email/SMS when the package arrives.
• Held for 14 days, requiring ID and signature for collection.
• Uncollected packages are returned to the sender or a Mondial Relay facility, where they remain for one month before disposal.
Special Situations:
• Remote areas or inaccessible locations may require alternative arrangements. Contact customer service for details.
Do products arrive assembled?
The product specification section of each item will say whether it needs assembling or not. If it does need to be assembled, it will come with an instruction manual with a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

Tips for a smooth delivery:
Before placing your order, measure all critical spaces in your home:
• Doors: Check width and height.
• Stairs: Check width, ceiling height, and turns.
• Hallways & Elevators: Ensure they are wide and tall enough for the package.
Spiral staircases require extra clearance, so allow a few extra centimeters to ensure a smooth fit.
